This Privacy Policy explains how DropMatch LLC ("DropMatch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FightStance mobile application ("FightStance" or the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
FightStance is a mixed-martial-arts fight-analysis app that provides fighter information, event and fight data, matchup breakdowns, and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes.
FightStance is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. The App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us at support@dropmatchlabs.com and we will take appropriate steps.
No account required. FightStance does not offer user accounts and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. The App does not currently display advertising and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Information collected automatically. Like most mobile apps, FightStance uses Google Firebase services to operate and to understand how the App performs. Through these services, the following categories of information may be collected automatically when you use the App:

The App's backend runs on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure located in the United States (the us-east4 region). If you use the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
We keep automatically collected data only as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically to operate the App, diagnose issues, and analyze aggregate trends — and then delete or anonymize it. Crash and analytics data are retained according to Google Firebase's standard retention periods.
We rely on the security measures provided by Google Firebase and take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because FightStance has no accounts, most data we handle is technical and not tied to your identity. Where applicable law gives you rights over your personal information, you may exercise them by contacting support@dropmatchlabs.com.
Device-level controls. You can limit collection at any time by adjusting your device's privacy settings — for example, resetting or deleting your advertising identifier, limiting ad tracking, or turning off usage-and-diagnostics sharing — and by uninstalling the App.
European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR). If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the App and, where required, your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

FightStance references publicly available information about fighters and events, and may link to third-party sites or services (such as fighters' official social-media pages). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves — for example, when we add new features such as accounts, advertising, or purchases. Please review this policy periodically, especially after installing a new release. Any changes take effect when we post the updated policy and revise the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
