These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FightStance mobile application ("FightStance" or the "App"), operated by DropMatch LLC ("DropMatch," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FightStance. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are able to form a binding contract with us.
FightStance provides mixed-martial-arts content, including fighter profiles, event and fight information, matchup breakdowns, ratings, and predictions. Some of this content — including fight-outcome predictions and confidence estimates — is generated using automated data-processing and statistical methods. All content, analysis, and predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
FightStance is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), its parent company Zuffa, LLC, TKO Group Holdings, or any other mixed-martial-arts promotion, organization, or fighter.
References to the UFC or other organizations, and to fighters' names, records, and results, relate solely to publicly available factual information and are used for identification and commentary. All such names, trademarks, logos, event names, and underlying records remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of, and assert no affiliation with, them.
The predictions, probabilities, ratings, breakdowns, and other analysis provided by FightStance are produced by automated and statistical methods and are inherently uncertain, experimental, and estimative. They represent statistical likelihoods and opinions only. They are not statements of fact, assurances of any outcome, or guarantees that any analysis will prove correct.
Mixed martial arts is unpredictable and affected by countless factors that no model can fully capture. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any prediction, statistic, ranking, or other content. The past accuracy of any prediction does not indicate or guarantee future results.
FightStance does not provide betting, gambling, investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as such. You should not place any wager or bet, or make any financial or other decision, based in whole or in part on any information, prediction, or output from the App.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws governing online gambling and sports betting in your jurisdiction. Any reliance you place on the App is strictly at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for your decisions and their consequences.
The App and the original content we create — including our written analysis, breakdowns, descriptions, ratings, predictions, text, graphics, and software — are owned by DropMatch LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party names, marks, and factual records referenced in the App remain the property of their respective owners, as described in Section 3.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App's proprietary content, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code, except as permitted by law.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as fighters' official social-media pages, that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, PREDICTIONS, ANALYSIS, AND DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPMATCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR PREDICTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPMATCH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BETTING OR GAMBLING LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR ITS CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DropMatch LLC and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the App, your reliance on any content or prediction, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Please review these Terms periodically, especially after installing a new release. Any changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DropMatch regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements on the subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
